Whether You Are A First Time Home Buyer Or Just Want More Information About How Our Mortgage Process Works, You Have Come To The Right Place.

First We Begin With The Loan Application, Followed By Processing And Underwriting Your Loan, And Then Your Loan Is Ready For The Closing Table.

Below Is A More Detailed Explanation Of The Process When You Choose Deborah Braich With  SunTrust As Your Lender.


When You First Meet With Deborah (SunTrust Senior Loan Originator), You Will Be Asked To Fill Out A Loan Application.  She Will Ensure That You Have  All The Necessary Documents For Loan Application.  All Of Our Necessary Documents That You Will Need Can Be Found On The Mortgage Checklist Page.

After You Have Filled Out The Loan Application And Provided All Of Your Necessary Documents, Deborah Will Then Pull Your Credit And Consult With You On Which Mortgage Program(s) Would Be Best For You.  After You Have Agreed Upon A Program, She Will Then Lock Your Rate.  By Locking Your Rate, You Are Guaranteed This Rate At Closing.  You Will Also Be Given A Good Faith Estimate.  A Good Faith Estimate Is An Estimate Of Funds You Will Need For Loan Approval And Closing.
 


Deboarh Has A Team Of Individuals Working With Her To Assist In Processing Your Loan.  Her Team Will Be Assigned To Your Loan And Will Contact You With The Status Of Your Loan.  They Will Order Your Property Appraisal And Ask You For Any Documentation That Is Needed To Underwrite And Close Your Loan.  They Will Also Notify You Of Your Closing Date.

After Our Team Has Prepared Your Loan Package For Closing, They Then Submit Your Loan To Underwriting.  SunTrust Underwriters Then Double Check Your File To Make Sure All Of The Necessary Information Is Contained Within Your Loan Package. The Underwriter Makes The Final Decision For Loan Approval.
 


After Your Loan Has Been Successfully Underwritten, You Will Be Assigned A Closing Date And A Closing Attorney.  At The Closing You Will Review All Of The Documents With The Closing Attorney And Your Agent.  At This Time You Will Be Required To Bring The Necessary Funds For Closing.  Most Attorneys Need This Money In The Form Of A Cashiers Check.  Please Check with Deborah Prior To Your Closing Date To Ensure Proper Payment.  After You Have Reviewed And Signed The Loan Package - Your Loan Has Closed.
