Termite Inspection.

A Certificate Dated Within The Last 60 Days Will Be Required Stating That The Property Is Free And Clear Of Infestation From All Wood Boring Insects.


Unless Your Transaction Is A Refinance, The Seller Normally Provides This Documentation.


Septic Tank Certification.

If Your Property Has A Septic Tank, We Will Need A Certification From The County Health Department Dated Within The Last 60 Days Stating That It Is In Good Working Order.


Unless This Is A Refinance, The Seller Normally Supplies This Information.


All Underwriting Conditions Of Your Loan Approval Will Need To Be Given To The Loan Officer Or Loan Processor 24 Hours Prior To Your Attending The Closing.
